Before you learn about me professionally, I would like to share a little bit about myself personally. Although I was born in Pensacola Florida, I grew up in South Texas. I moved back to Florida to finish college where I received my B.S.B.A. in Comprehensive Marketing with a minor in Management. As I have gotten older, my interest in health and wellness continued to grow as well. Instead of opting for my MBA, I decided to pursue studies in health behavior. I am a recent graduate from The University of West Florida where I obtained my M.S. in Health Promotion specializing in Worksite Wellness. I could not be happier with my decision to pursue a master's in health and wellness versus business. Healthful living is a true passion of mine that I want to educate and encourage others to do.
